Migration is the moving of people from one place to another, usually to have a better life.
Why was migration so prominent or popular during the 1930's?

Why did people want to get "Out of the Dust" and leave the Dust Bowl?
People wanted to leave because they lost hope in the drought ending, and their were constant dust storms causing sickness and damaging property.
What places did the people who left the Dust Bowl travel? Why would they choose these places?
Dust Bowlers went to the east or west coasts, usually California. These locations were ideal because of their distance from the dust, and their close distance to water.
